Frances Alvarez School of Real Estate
Frances Alvarez Real Estate School offers individuals the opportunity to fulfill their dreams of becoming a Real Estate Agent in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Our class fulfills the 40-hour pre-licensing requirements enabling them to take the real estate salesperson license test. This license is required before they can take the broker license class to get their broker's license, three years later. Continuing Education classes for realtors and brokers are also offered.
Spanish language assistance is given for all test preparation.

40 Hour Pre Licensing Class
Frances Alvarez School of Real Estate provides students with 40 hours of Real Estate instructions as required by the State of Massachusetts.

After attending all 40 hours you will receive an "Attendance Certificate". This certificate can be sent to PSI with your exam application. The total cost for the certificate with the two eBooks is $390.00. A School Application, Disclosure Agreement, and full Registration fee must be completed before you can start taking the classes.

Broker License Class
The Broker License is for those agents who wish to further their education and become Brokers. This course will prepare them for the Broker's license exam in MA and Connecticut. The total cost for the certificate with the two eBooks is $400.00. A School Application, Disclosure Agreement, and full Registration fee must be completed before you can start taking the classes.

Continuing Education credits are needed for Real Estate Agents, and this is a place to get them! Be on the lookout for our courses.
